The primary impacts of Tropical Depression Moke are expected on Hawaiʻi Island, where heavy rainfall could lead to flash flooding, especially in areas recently affected by Tropical Storm Lala. Windward and southeastern regions, as well as flood-prone and urban areas, are at the highest risk. Kauaʻi and the other Hawaiian Islands are not expected to experience significant effects, as the storm is passing far to the south. No closures of state parks or other facilities have been announced, and health and emergency services are operating normally statewide.
