• Northeast winds of 15 to 20 knots are expected today, with seas ranging from 4 to 5 feet (1.2 to 1.5 meters), occasionally reaching 6 feet (1.8 meters). Impact & Risks

The elevated winds and high seas pose significant risks to small craft operators in the affected areas, including the Atlantic Coastal Waters from Altamaha Sound, Georgia, to Flagler Beach, Florida. Intracoastal waters will also experience rough conditions, making navigation challenging. The increased likelihood of thunderstorms and showers further heightens the risk of hazardous conditions. Mariners are advised to exercise caution and avoid venturing into the waters during the advisory period.
