The upcoming weather changes could impact outdoor plans for Connecticut residents, particularly over the weekend. The cooler temperatures and potential for heavy rain on Sunday may lead to localized flooding in low-lying areas. Those planning outdoor activities should be prepared for wet and potentially hazardous conditions, especially on Sunday. The shift from warm, sunny weather to cooler, rainy conditions may also affect travel and outdoor events.
