A mesoscale convective system is forecast to move into the area during the afternoon and evening, potentially producing damaging straight-line winds, large hail, and locally heavy rainfall. Additional showers and thunderstorms may redevelop Monday night into early Tuesday ahead of a surface low and cold front.
