Gusty winds in Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh could pose risks to outdoor activities and infrastructure. Fishermen have been advised to avoid venturing into the northeast Arabian Sea and parts of the Bay of Bengal due to rough sea conditions. The IMD has also warned of potential travel disruptions in areas experiencing very heavy rainfall, particularly in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.
