The National Weather Service (NWS) in Wilmington has extended a heat advisory for central Ohio through Friday, September 4, due to persistent high temperatures and humidity.
The advisory, initially set to expire on September 2, now includes Franklin, Fairfield, Madison, Pickaway, and Union counties, among others.
