The primary impact of Moke is expected to be localized heavy rainfall on the Big Island, where a flood watch remains in effect through Monday afternoon. No significant impacts are anticipated for Kauaʻi or other islands. State health and emergency services, including hospitals and EMS, are operating normally. No closures of state parks, camping areas, or small boat harbors are planned. However, vessel groundings should be reported to the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation.
