The heavy rainfall has already caused waterlogging in Hyderabad, disrupting traffic and creating inconvenience for commuters. The IMD has issued warnings for very heavy to extremely heavy rainfall at isolated places in eastern and northeastern districts of Telangana on Wednesday and Thursday. Northern and central districts may also experience heavy rain. These conditions could lead to further waterlogging, localised flooding, and potential damage to infrastructure in affected areas.
