Residents and visitors in the Las Vegas Valley should anticipate disruptions to outdoor plans, particularly Halloween festivities, due to rain and thunderstorms. Trick-or-treaters may encounter showers Saturday evening, and late-night Halloween parties could be impacted by increased rain chances. Those traveling to higher elevations should be aware of possible snowfall. While the rain is not expected to be severe, it may cause slippery roads and reduced visibility, especially during nighttime hours.
