The flash floods in Nepal have caused significant destruction, including loss of life, displacement, and damage to infrastructure. The death toll has risen to 669, with over 2,000 people still missing. Among the missing are 320 Indian nationals, raising concerns for their safety. The floods have disrupted essential services and rendered many areas inaccessible, complicating rescue operations. The risk of further casualties remains high if immediate action is not taken.
