Tropical storm conditions, including winds of at least 39 mph, are anticipated in the warning areas, which include New Orleans, Lake Pontchartrain, and parts of the Florida Panhandle. The storm's asymmetric structure may result in uneven distribution of rainfall and wind, with the southern side of the storm experiencing the most severe conditions.
