The Aspen Acres Fire poses significant risks to residents and property in southern Colorado. Over 11,000 people have been displaced, and more than 180 structures, including homes, have been destroyed. The fire's rapid growth has been fueled by strong winds, dry vegetation, and low humidity, creating dangerous conditions for both residents and firefighters.
