Fishermen have been advised against venturing into the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal due to squally weather and strong winds reaching speeds of 60-80 kmph. The Western Himalayan region, including Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh, is expected to experience heavy rainfall later in the week, which may lead to potential landslides and disruptions in mountainous areas.
