• However, an associated cyclonic circulation persists, extending up to 5.8 km above mean sea level. A trough from this circulation stretches from Marathwada to the Gulf of Mannar, crossing Interior Karnataka and Tamil Nadu at 0.9 km above mean sea level. The Southwest Monsoon remains moderate over the North, Westcentral, and Southwest Arabian Sea, while it is weak to moderate over the Eastcentral and Southeast Arabian Sea. Weather conditions across the Arabian Sea and nearby regions include isolated to fairly widespread rain and thundershowers, with varying wind speeds and sea conditions depending on the area.
