The remnants of Typhoon Dujuan and a Bering Sea low-pressure system are expected to bring significant weather impacts to Alaska. Coastal flooding, high surf, and strong winds are likely for the Kuskokwim Delta Coast and Nunivak Island, which are under a coastal flood watch and wind advisory. Bethel is also under a flood watch. The Alaska Range could see winds gusting up to 70 mph, while the Aleutians may experience gusts up to 80 mph. The North Slope and Arctic Plains could see 1 to 4 inches of snow, with highs in the 30s (around 0°C). These conditions may disrupt travel and outdoor activities, particularly in affected regions.
