An Extreme Heat Warning has been issued for portions of southeast Minnesota and west central Wisconsin, effective from Sunday, 12:00 PM CDT to 9:00 PM CDT.
During this period, dangerously high heat index values of up to 105°F (40.6°C) are expected.
