Residents in northern Utah and eastern Ohio Valley should prepare for isolated severe thunderstorms capable of producing marginally severe hail and damaging winds. In Utah, multicells and embedded supercells may develop due to strong winds aloft and steep lapse rates. In the Ohio Valley, pulse cellular and multicellular storms could lead to wet downbursts and isolated damaging gusts. Overnight convection in Iowa may also pose a marginal hail risk.
