The National Weather Service (NWS) has confirmed that four tornados touched down in Central Pennsylvania over the weekend, causing significant damage across multiple counties.
The strongest tornado, an EF-2, struck the Warriors Mark area in Huntingdon County on Saturday night, reaching wind speeds of up to 125 mph.

Impact & Risks

The tornados caused widespread structural damage, including to silos, cabins, and trees, but no injuries were reported. Communities in Huntingdon, Clearfield, Jefferson, and Clarion counties experienced varying levels of impact, with the EF-2 tornado in Warriors Mark being the most severe. Residents in affected areas face cleanup challenges and potential disruptions to daily life due to debris and damaged infrastructure.
