Currently, there are no evacuation orders or warnings in place, and no immediate threats to infrastructure or developed areas have been reported (NPS, 2026). However, the fire continues to burn in isolated pockets of fuel, and its growth remains a concern. Trails in the affected area, including the Chilnualna Falls trail and trails leading to Buena Vista and Crescent Lakes, are closed. Visitors to Yosemite National Park are advised to avoid these areas for their safety.
