Rising water levels, driven by the spring thaw, have caused widespread inundation, affecting homes, roads, and waterfront properties. Large ice chunks, dislodged by the floodwaters, have been propelled into residential areas, causing substantial damage to homes, shattering windows and doors, and, in some cases, inflicting structural harm.
