Maryland is currently experiencing a cool start to the week due to a high-pressure system, bringing clear skies and lower-than-average temperatures. WJZ-TV meteorologist Steve Sosna reports this refreshing weather is a welcome change but short-lived. A low-pressure system is expected to bring rain back to Maryland by late Friday as the high-pressure system moves offshore.
