Washington D.C. is currently experiencing a spell of near-record heat, with temperatures reaching 89°F (32°C) at Reagan National Airport, 92°F (33°C) at Washington Dulles International Airport, and 91°F (33°C) at Baltimore-Washington International Marshall Airport. This marks the second consecutive day of such high temperatures, with the region experiencing its 11th day at or above 80°F (27°C) this year, tying a record set in 1945.
