A significant rainstorm accompanied by strong winds has struck California, greatly affecting traffic, particularly in the Los Angeles area. According to reports from the Los Angeles Times, the challenging weather conditions have disrupted major routes, including the 110 Freeway. The California Highway Patrol reported an unusual incident early Tuesday morning involving a driverless scooter on the 110 Freeway near Adams Boulevard, just south of downtown Los Angeles. The scooter, believed to have been blown or thrown from an overpass due to the strong winds, led to a collision involving multiple vehicles. Several cars were damaged as a result of the incident. Fortunately, despite the chaotic scene, no injuries were reported.
