Los Angeles faces atypical wet and cool weather
Los Angeles is currently facing an atypical weather scenario characterized by substantial rainfall and lower temperatures. The National Weather Service reports a significant increase in precipitation, with some areas receiving up to 2 inches of rain. This is attributed to a low-pressure system drawing moisture from the Pacific Ocean, expected to bring intermittent showers and possible thunderstorms throughout the week. Temperatures have also declined, with highs reaching only the mid-60s°F (around 18°C), below the seasonal average.
