Severe flooding traps motorists, closes major highways
Milwaukee is grappling with severe flooding, resulting in motorists being trapped and major highways being shut down. The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office has confirmed numerous instances of drivers stranded in their vehicles due to the escalating water levels. Consequently, southbound Interstate 43 and both directions of Brewers Boulevard/Stadium Interchange are completely closed, causing significant disruptions to traffic.
