Residents across the Midwest and Great Lakes region are under urgent flood alerts due to rising rivers and dam concerns. In Wisconsin, an immediate evacuation order was issued for parts of Waupaca County along the Wolf River, as water levels reached dangerously high levels. The National Weather Service (NWS) in Green Bay issued the alert at the request of Waupaca County Emergency Management, urging residents in New London and areas up to 8 miles southwest to evacuate.
