Rising temperatures and dry weather increase fire risk
North Texas is currently facing an elevated risk of wildfires due to rising temperatures and increasingly dry weather conditions. Forecasts predict temperatures in the upper 70s°F (mid-20s°C) over the next few days, which will exacerbate the existing fire danger.
