The Vermilion River near Danville is experiencing moderate flooding, with water levels reported at 24.1 feet as of early Sunday morning.

The flooding has caused road closures and hazardous conditions in several areas, including Champaign, Urbana, Danville, and surrounding communities. Flooding is also impacting state parks such as Kickapoo State Recreation Area and Middle Fork State Fish and Wildlife Area.
