The festive season may see increased travel and outdoor gatherings, which could be affected by local weather conditions. States like West Bengal, Sikkim, and Tripura, where Durga Puja is widely celebrated, may experience disruptions if adverse weather occurs. Additionally, regions observing Dussehra on 19th October, such as Odisha, Assam, and Mizoram, could face challenges if rainfall or other weather events coincide with the celebrations.
