Vulnerable groups such as construction workers, brick kiln labourers, daily wage earners, and casual labourers are at heightened risk of heat-related illnesses, including heatstroke. The Ministry has emphasised the need for a multi-sectoral approach to mitigate these risks and ensure worker safety during extreme heat conditions.
