A Heat Advisory has been issued for southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast Missouri, effective Tuesday from 11 AM CDT (noon EDT) to 8 PM CDT (9 PM EDT).
High temperatures are expected to reach the mid to upper 90s °F (35-37 °C), with peak heat index values around 105 °F (40.5 °C).
