The Old Farmer's Almanac predicts warmer-than-average temperatures across the nation's interior during September and October, while the East and Pacific Coast are expected to experience cooler-than-average conditions. Rainfall patterns will also vary, with drier conditions in much of the country, except for wetter-than-normal weather in the West, parts of the Rockies, Texas, and pockets of the Northeast and southern Florida.
