The frost and freeze conditions may damage sensitive plants and vegetation, particularly in areas west of I-95 and Highway 15. Residents in these regions should take precautions to protect outdoor plants. While the weather will be sunny and pleasant during the day, the cold morning temperatures may affect early outdoor activities.
